1. A Base Rate of $65.40 and a Capital Improvement charge of $24.90 bi-monthly (total $90.30 bi-monthly) is charged to any District property owner with a water connection and meter installed, even if water is shut off or locked off.

2. A Commodity/Service “ON” charge is $39.65 bi-monthly, (plus tax= $1.99), for 0-2200 cubic feet of water usage. The total of items 1 and 2 = $131.94, invoiced bi-monthly ($65.97 monthly).

3. Next 300 cubic feet (2201-2500) is $0.12 (plus tax) per cubic foot.

4. Above 2500 cubic feet is $0.17 (plus tax) per cubic foot.

5. To “Lock” or “Unlock” a meter is $35.00 and is subject to change without notice.

6. There is an NSF Fee for Returned Checks of$ 80.00.

7. Connection Fee for new water service connection is $6,873.50, plus $12.45 added per month in 2024.  

8. There is a Transfer Fee applied to buyers of homes of $75.00.

9. A 10% Late Fee is charged for overdue rate charges.

10. A Lien Recording Fee of $100.00 is charged when a lien is filed on a property.

11. Any destruction of District Property, such as water mains or meters, shall be charged to customers at cost plus 25%. This applies to all requested special services, such as meter calibration, all with 50% deposit of estimated costs.

12. The per hour rate for after hour service calls requested by the District property owner for any service shall be in the range of $35.00 for commissioner wages, and $200 per hour or less when a sub-contractor is needed. After hours is considered to be before eight a.m. and after five p.m., Monday-Friday and all Weekends & Holidays.

13. Verifiable theft of water service, as determined by Commissioners, Fee of $200.00.

14. A fee of $100.00 is charged for destroyed or missing meter lock services. 

15. A fee of $35.00 will be charged for adjustments of financial records as a result of forgiven over-usage charges.
